Blueberry Smoothie with Citrus Fiber

First of all, we would like to point out that we recommend consuming fruits and vegetables in season. This recipe was made with frozen blueberries from the summer. If you don't have blueberries in your freezer, we recommend postponing this recipe for a few months.


  • 1 glass of kefir (yogurt of choice, preferably homemade yogurt)
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon citrus fiber

Put all the ingredients in the blender at the same time. Your smoothie is ready :)
