Gluten Free Citrus Fiber Banana Cake

Our fibrous, gluten-free, candied mulberry banana cake recipe is very popular.


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of dried mulberry powder
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of citrus fiber powder
  • 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder


In a bowl, mix the eggs with the mulberry berry powder. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the mixture and continue mixing. Then add 1 glass of milk and half a glass of olive oil. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and add to the mix. Opt for ripe bananas instead of raw, as bananas will be mashed. After adding the bananas, add 1 tablespoon of lemon powder and continue mixing. Finally, add the buckwheat flour, vanilla and baking powder and mix well.

After the mixture is homogenized, pour it into a cake mold lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
