Gluten-Free Winter Roll with Lemon Fiber

Materials:
- 2 cups buckwheat flour (grechka)
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon heaped citrus fiber
- 50-75 g butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 box of labneh cheese
- 4-5 yellow sandwich cheese cut into pieces
- into 1 egg and 1 egg white, onto the remaining yolk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
All the material is kneaded and kept covered for ½ hour.
They are placed on a paper spread baking tray by hand, and egg yolk is brushed on them. Sesame is sprinkled with black cumin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven heated to 150 C (upside-down fan).
