Limon Lifli Glutensiz Kış Poğaçası

Gluten-Free Winter Roll with Lemon Fiber

Materials:

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour (grechka)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon heaped citrus fiber
  • 50-75 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 box of labneh cheese
  • 4-5 yellow sandwich cheese cut into pieces
  • into 1 egg and 1 egg white, onto the remaining yolk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

All the material is kneaded and kept covered for ½ hour.

They are placed on a paper spread baking tray by hand, and egg yolk is brushed on them. Sesame is sprinkled with black cumin.

Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven heated to 150 C (upside-down fan).
