Keeping You Full Smoothie Series - Winter Green Smoothie

Welcome to our satiating smoothie series.

We have a wonderful smoothie suggestion with spinach, which we should not give up in winter.

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • as much parsley as you want
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 1/4 lemon (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • teaspoon sized fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon citrus fiber
  • 1 glass of water

We wash all our ingredients well and throw them into the blender at the same time. After a few minutes, our smoothie is ready.

*The recipe is prepared for 250 ml water glass. If you want to prepare for 2-3 people, you can increase all the ingredients at the same rate.
