Cocoa Fiber Tiramisu Balls

We offer a great alternative to meet your sweet cravings both in a delicious and healthy way.
Materials:
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 20 hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (the amount may vary depending on the desired sweetness)
  • Heaping 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt or 1 box of labneh
  • Heaping 2 tablespoons of cocoa fiber powder

Roast the hazelnuts with 4 tablespoons of oatmeal. Then add honey, yogurt and cocoa fiber powder and mix. Roll this mixture by hand into a ball.

Materials for coating:

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa fiber
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional)

Dip the rolled balls in this mixture and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
