Cocoa Fiber Tiramisu Balls

We offer a great alternative to meet your sweet cravings both in a delicious and healthy way.
Materials:
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 20 hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons of honey (the amount may vary depending on the desired sweetness)
- Heaping 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt or 1 box of labneh
- Heaping 2 tablespoons of cocoa fiber powder
Roast the hazelnuts with 4 tablespoons of oatmeal. Then add honey, yogurt and cocoa fiber powder and mix. Roll this mixture by hand into a ball.
Materials for coating:
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa fiber
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional)
Dip the rolled balls in this mixture and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
