Gluten Free Citrus Fiber San Sebastian Cheese Cake

We prepared our favorite San Sebastian cake gluten-free and lemon fiber. You will love this recipe!
Materials:
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 400 ml cream
- 200 gr labneh cheese
- 200 g fresh white cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of citrus fiber powder
- 1 tablespoon of buckwheat flour
- 1 packet of vanilla (optional)
- Lemon or orange zest (optional)
In a large bowl, beat the sugar, cream and cream cheese for 4-5 minutes. Continue beating as the eggs are added one by one. Lemon fiber powder, buckwheat flour, vanilla and lemon-orange graters are added and mixed lightly.
The mixture is poured into a springform cake mold lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
The oven door is opened and left for about 1 hour, then the cake that is taken out of the oven is left to wait until it reaches room temperature.
The cake, which comes to room temperature, is rested in the refrigerator overnight, and can be consumed the next day.
