Healthy Snack Balls with Apple Fiber
Say hello to practical snacks that you will prepare in a short time by passing the materials through the rondo at the same time!
Materials:
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of carob powder
- 2 tablespoons of carob molasses
- 1 tablespoon of apple fiber powder
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 1 cup of hazelnuts or walnuts
- 8 dates
Pass all the ingredients through the rondo. Shape into mini balls by hand and refrigerate for 1 hour.
