Apple Fiber Gluten Free Winter Cake

It is difficult to keep the consistency in gluten-free cakes. We guarantee you to make a fluffy gluten-free cake with this recipe :)
Materials:
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 small cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of yogurt
- ¾ cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of buckwheat flour (grechka)
- 3 tbsp Goat Flour (Carob)
- 1 tbsp apple fiber powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of dried mulberry
- ¾ cup hazelnuts
- 6-7 walnuts
Beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar for 3-4 minutes until you get a creamy consistency. Then add butter, olive oil, yogurt and water and mix gently.
Now it's time to add the powder and dry group to the mix. Pass the dried mulberry and hazelnut through the rondo. Then add the buckwheat flour, carob flour, apple fiber powder, vanillin, baking powder to the mixture. Lastly, add the walnuts to the mixture by shrinking them with your hands. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased and greased cake tin.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
If desired, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
