Dark Chocolate With Apple Fiber

Try the dark chocolate, which we love to consume, with apple fiber at home!


  • 30 g cocoa butter
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
  • 10 gr powdered sugar (amount can be changed according to desired sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon of apple fiber powder

All the ingredients are melted in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.

When the smooth structure is formed, the mixture is poured into silicone chocolate molds (or ice molds). Keep it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to freeze.
