Beta Carotene Soup

Winter means soup. While it's ready season, we wanted to share our pumpkin soup recipe with you.
Materials:
- 1 slice of pumpkin (chopped coarsely)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Half a glass of red lentils (optional)
- 2 medium carrots (chopped coarsely)
- 1 tablespoon of citrus fiber
- Half a teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt (according to desired amount)
- Black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder (half a teaspoon)
- 5 glasses of water (cup size 200 ml)
We prepare all the ingredients, throw them into the pot from the raw and cook until soft. Then we pull the soup with the help of a blender.
We add butter (clarified oil upon request) and mint into the cooked soup and turn it for the last time.
